In short
Most life-science internships are data entry in disguise, and most PhD help stops at the thesis. Manna Biotech is different — a founder-led, scientist-guided lab in Hyderabad where internships, dissertations and PhD work run on real research, with a clear path to publication, patent/IP review, and stronger overseas-education profiles.
The wall most students hit
For many life-science students, the last research experience was an internship that was really data entry, a dissertation guide too busy to mentor, or PhD help that stopped at the thesis — no publication, no IP, no path to a product or a stronger profile.
Manna Biotech was built to remove that wall: a founder-led, scientist-guided lab in Hyderabad where internships, dissertations and PhD work run on real science.
Real research, not busywork
Work happens in an operational lab — Oxford Nanopore sequencing, PCR and qPCR, cell culture, molecular biology and a dedicated bioinformatics setup — under scientists who actually mentor.
It is founder-led by Dr Chathyushya K B (MSc Biotechnology, PhD Microbiology from ICMR-NIN, 15+ years), and guided by a Scientific Advisory Committee that includes former Directors of ICMR-NIN, CSIR-IMTECH and the University of Hyderabad. Every project is tied to a genuine research question, not a template.
One place for the whole journey
Most providers do one slice. We support the full arc, so one project can keep compounding:
- Internship and hands-on training
- Final-year project or MSc / M.Pharm dissertation
- Bioinformatics and NGS data analysis
- Publication support — manuscript preparation and journal selection
- Patent / IP possibility review where novelty exists
- PhD research support — design, data, manuscripts, thesis
- Overseas-education profile building through Manna Educare
Who we support
BSc, MSc and BTech students in biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics and allied sciences; B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Pharm.D students; PhD scholars; and college departments looking for batch projects, workshops and research collaboration.
Honest about outcomes
We will never promise a degree, a publication, a patent grant, or an admission — those depend on your committee, peer reviewers, prior art and universities. What we promise is rigorous, ethical support: real skills, real data, verifiable certificates, and authorship only where there is genuine intellectual contribution.
How to start

Frequently asked questions
Is the internship hands-on or just theory?+
Hands-on. Internships run at an operational lab with real techniques (NGS, PCR, cell culture, bioinformatics) and a documented project you can show in interviews. Online and blended formats are available for remote learners.
Will my project lead to a publication?+
It can, where the question is novel and the data quality supports it — but no one can guarantee publication, as it depends on peer review. We provide manuscript and journal-selection support, not a guarantee.
Do you support full PhD work?+
Yes — proposal and design, wet-lab execution, data analysis, bioinformatics, manuscripts and thesis writing, on a milestone basis. You remain the author and sole IP owner; we never ghost-write.
Are your certificates verifiable?+
Yes. Every Manna Biotech certificate verifies in real time at mannabiotech.com/verify, and we are ISO 9001:2015 certified and NSDC-recognised.
Who guides the work?+
Qualified scientists led by Dr Chathyushya K B (PhD Microbiology, ICMR-NIN), supported by a Scientific Advisory Committee of senior researchers from ICMR-NIN, CSIR-IMTECH and the University of Hyderabad.
