Long-read WGS on Oxford Nanopore MinION with R10.4.1 flow cells. Dorado basecalling, Minimap2 alignment, variant calling — raw data + analysis delivered.
16S Metagenomics
Microbial community profiling by 16S rRNA sequencing. Includes DNA extraction, library prep, sequencing, OTU/ASV analysis, and diversity metrics.
PCR & qPCR
Endpoint PCR and real-time quantitative PCR for gene expression, pathogen detection, and diagnostic applications. Primer design available.
DNA / RNA isolation
High-quality nucleic acid extraction from tissue, blood, cells, soil, and environmental samples. Concentration and purity reports included.
Cell culture
Maintenance, sub-culturing, and assay support for mammalian and microbial cell lines in a dedicated culture facility.
Bioinformatics analysis
Standalone analysis service — send your sequencing data, receive annotated results, publication-quality figures, and method write-ups.

We quote lab services per sample or per batch, depending on your volume. Sequencing, PCR, cell culture, and bioinformatics are all priced differently and transparently. Send us a brief describing your samples and goals; we'll respond with a detailed quote and turnaround time.

Quotes include sample receipt, library prep / reagents, sequencing or reactions, basic analysis, and a methods report. Cold-chain shipping, advanced analysis, and custom protocols are priced separately. GST applies.

Common questions.
What turnaround time should I expect?+
Typical turnaround: 16S metagenomics 2–3 weeks, Nanopore WGS 2–4 weeks, PCR/qPCR 1 week. Rush timelines can be negotiated for urgent projects.
Do I get raw data?+
Yes. For all sequencing services, you receive raw FASTQ files plus standard analysis outputs (BAM, VCF, OTU tables) and a brief methods summary.
Can you help with paper methods sections?+
Yes — each report includes a draft methods paragraph citing the tools and versions used, so you can plug directly into your manuscript or thesis.
How do I send samples?+
After your quote is accepted, we share a sample submission sheet, shipping instructions, and our Nacharam (Hyderabad) address. We accept samples via standard courier with cold-chain where needed.
