“Manna Biotech”, “we”, “us” refers to Manna Biotech Private Limited (CIN: U73100TG2021PTC151489), Nacharam, Hyderabad. “You” refers to any visitor, student, parent, professor, institution or client using our website or services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or services.
2. Our services
Manna Biotech is a founder-led, scientist-guided research, development, training and student-project support organisation. Our services include internships, skill training and workshops, academic project and dissertation support, bioinformatics/NGS data-analysis support, publication-preparation support, patent/IP documentation support, CRO-style research support, lab services, and overseas-education guidance (through Manna Educare). Service scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed at the time of enrolment or in a written proposal/quote.
3. Eligibility & accurate information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you enquire or enrol. Some programs have eligibility criteria (course, year of study, prerequisites). Where a participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent and accept these terms on their behalf.
4. Enrolment, fees & payment
- Enrolment is confirmed once the applicable fee (or agreed advance) is received and we acknowledge it.
- Fees, inclusions and batch dates are as communicated in writing at enrolment. Taxes apply as per law.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card/bank details.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Academic integrity & authorship
We provide guidance and support that you direct and learn from — like a research, statistics or bioinformatics consultant. We do not write your thesis, dissertation, assignment or examination for you, and we do not engage in plagiarism, impersonation or academic dishonesty. You remain the author of, and responsible for, your own academic work.
Authorship on any manuscript follows recognised ICMJE criteria — a person is named as author only for a genuine intellectual contribution (study design or data acquisition/analysis/interpretation; drafting or critical revision; final approval; and accountability for the work). Contributors who do not meet these criteria may be acknowledged but not listed as authors. We do not sell or guarantee authorship.
6. No-guarantee policy
Our programs build skills, exposure and research quality, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee any of the following: publication or acceptance by any journal; grant of a patent or any IP right; admission to any university or program; any visa, scholarship or funding; any job, internship conversion or placement; examination marks, ranks or results; or the commercial success of any product or idea. We provide honest support, possibility review and assistance — subject to eligibility, institutional norms and review where applicable.
7. Educational & research purpose
Our genomics, NGS, microbiology and related content and training are provided for education, research training and academic skill development only. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, genetic counselling, clinical treatment or licensed diagnostic, legal or financial advice. See our Disclaimer.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, course material and design — is owned by or licensed to Manna Biotech and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission. Your own research data and IP remain yours; where you engage us for research or documentation support, ownership of your results stays with you, and confidentiality (including NDAs where requested) is respected.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, infringing others’ rights, or using our content for unlawful purposes. Access to admin/CRM systems is restricted to authorised staff only.
10. Third-party links & services
Our site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manna Biotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. 13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
