1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid for our programs and services — internships, skill training, workshops, academic project and dissertation support, bioinformatics/NGS support, publication and patent/IP documentation support, and CRO-style/lab services. Where a specific written proposal, quote or enrolment confirmation states different terms, those terms apply to that engagement.
2. Cancellation by you — before a program starts
- Within 48 hours of payment and at least 7 days before the program/batch start date: eligible for a refund of fees paid, less a non-refundable administration/processing charge of up to 10% (and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf).
- Less than 7 days before start: you may reschedule to a later batch (see Section 4) or receive a partial refund at our discretion, after deducting administration and any committed costs.
3. Cancellation by you — after a program starts
Once a program, project, or service has commenced, or once materials, lab time, mentoring sessions, or deliverables have been provided, fees for the portion delivered are non-refundable. For multi-month programs, any refund (where offered) is pro-rated for the unused, not-yet-delivered portion, less administration charges. Issued certificates, completed deliverables, and third-party costs (e.g. reagents, sequencing, software, partner fees) are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling & transfer
Instead of cancelling, you may request to reschedule to a later batch or transfer your enrolment to another eligible person, subject to availability and a reasonable administration charge. Reschedule/transfer requests should be made in writing before the program start date where possible.
5. Research, CRO & project services
For milestone-based research, CRO-style, lab or documentation services, advances and amounts for milestones already started or completed are non-refundable. Any unused advance for work not yet begun may be refunded, less administration and committed third-party costs. Specifics are set out in your proposal/SOW.
6. No-shows
Fees are not refunded for non-attendance or failure to start without prior written notice. We may, at our discretion, allow a one-time reschedule.
7. Cancellation or change by Manna Biotech
If we cancel a batch or are unable to deliver a paid service for reasons on our side, you may choose a full refundof the affected fee or a free reschedule to the next available batch. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), but we will work with you to reschedule fairly.
8. How to request a refund
Email admin@mannabiotech.com from your registered email with your name, program/service, payment reference and reason. We may ask for supporting details to verify the request.
9. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 7–14 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider. Applicable taxes are handled as per law.
