Manna Biotech can scope and coordinate eligible animal-based and preclinical research through documented external research collaboration. Each proposed study is subject to project-specific feasibility, facility availability, required ethical, regulatory and institutional approvals, and responsible personnel.
Manna Biotech does not claim to own an animal facility. Collaboration does not make every animal model or study available, grant automatic ethics or regulatory approval, or establish GLP or accreditation. No outcome or publication is guaranteed. Study acceptance requires a written scope, agreed execution responsibility, sample, data and reporting responsibilities, and mutually agreed commercial terms.

Assess a preclinical proposal before considering execution
This page is a feasibility enquiry, not confirmation of an animal facility or an accepted study. A useful proposal states the research question, existing evidence and why an animal model is being considered. Execution responsibilities and applicable approvals must be verified separately before any commitment.

Review whether the question requires an animal model
Describe the evidence already available and whether an in-vitro, computational or other non-animal approach could address the next question. Where animal work is proposed, explain the model’s relevance and limitations rather than selecting it solely because a previous paper used it. Discuss alternatives with the responsible institution and specialists.

Plan an interpretable study, not just a group list
Identify the primary outcome, experimental unit, comparison and basis for the proposed sample size. Consider allocation, blinding, exclusions and analysis before execution. These design questions need project-specific review; copying another study’s animal count is not a substitute for a justified design.

Verify who can execute and authorise the work
Separate planning or analysis support from animal-study execution. Before acceptance, identify the proposed facility, responsible personnel, required institutional and ethics reviews, welfare oversight and reporting route. An enquiry or collaboration discussion does not establish a signed facility relationship or approval for the proposed study.
A feasibility review should identify the unresolved conditions
Request a clear separation of the support that can be considered, the work requiring a verified executing facility and the evidence needed before proceeding. For pharma or academic preclinical proposals, keep research planning distinct from any claimed regulated-study status. A feasibility response is not an authorisation to start experiments.
What a feasibility review covers
- Written study objective, model suitability, groups, sample size and endpoints.
- Required ethical, regulatory and institutional approvals for the specific study.
- Facility availability, responsible personnel, and which work Manna may coordinate, plan or analyse versus the work the executing facility performs.
- Sample, data and reporting responsibilities; proposed molecular, biochemical, qPCR, histology or specialist work only after scope-specific feasibility review.
- Agreed execution responsibilities and mutually agreed commercial terms before any work begins.
