All tracks are delivered by scientists — Dr. Chathyushya K B (Founder, MD & CEO; CSIR-NET, DBT-JRF, ICMR-NIN alumna; 15+ years of scientific experience) and Dr. Manne Munikumar (Director — Academics & Trainings; former ICMR-NIN scientist; expert in NGS, molecular dynamics, drug and vaccine design). Tracks are eligibility-screened and customised to your degree, syllabus and project requirements.
Foundation track — 1 month
Linux, Python / R basics, sequence analysis, BLAST, MSA. Best for BSc and first-year MSc / BTech / B.Pharm students.
Advanced track — 3 months
Foundation + NGS data analysis + structural bioinformatics + portfolio mini-project. Aligned to MSc, BTech, MTech, M.Pharm and Pharm.D dissertation requirements.
Research track — 6 months
Advanced + research methodology + manuscript-style write-up + publication-possibility review. Ideal for PhD scholars and final-year postgraduates.

Wet-lab adjuncts (NGS sample handling, molecular biology basics) are delivered at our Nacharam, Hyderabad lab. Bioinformatics-only modules can be completed remotely with weekly structured video mentoring. Eligibility, syllabus depth and assessment are reviewed during counselling and follow institutional norms. We never guarantee publication, patent grant, admission or job — outcomes rest with journals, patent offices, universities and recruiters.

Are you the closest bioinformatics classes near Habsiguda, Tarnaka, Uppal or Secunderabad?+
Our Hyderabad institute is at SMS Plaza, MBD Complex, HMT Nagar, Nacharam — a 12-minute walk from Habsiguda Metro Station on the Blue Line. Easy access from Tarnaka, Uppal, Secunderabad, ECIL, Hitech City (via metro) and the rest of Hyderabad. Many learners from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and beyond also join the online cohort with weekly video mentoring.
Who is bioinformatics training useful for?+

Pharmacy students — B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D and Pharm.D (PB) — for drug discovery, molecular docking and computational pharmacology basics. Can I do bioinformatics training online?+
Yes. Bioinformatics modules can be completed online with structured weekly video mentoring, recorded sessions and project-review meetings. Wet-lab adjuncts (sample preparation, NGS library prep, molecular biology basics) require visits to our Nacharam lab.
Do I need a coding background?+
No. The Foundation track begins from absolute basics — installing Linux, your first Python script, your first BLAST search. We have trained pharmacy and biology students with no prior coding experience to perform production-quality NGS analysis on their thesis data.
Will my bioinformatics project become a publication or patent?+
Possibly — but no one can ethically guarantee peer-reviewed publication or patent grant. We provide rigorous methodology, manuscript-preparation support and a publication-possibility review by our scientific team. For projects with novelty, we also offer patent / IP possibility review and prior-art support. Final decisions rest with journal editors, peer reviewers and patent offices.
Can my bioinformatics project help me apply for MS or PhD abroad?+
Yes — this is one of the strongest reasons students join. A solid bioinformatics project on your CV strengthens MS and PhD applications globally. Through our sister organisation Manna Educare, we extend support into SOP / LOR / CV strengthening, university shortlisting and admissions documentation for Germany, Europe, UK, USA and Canada pathways.
