Pan-India enquiry and sample workflow
Begin with a non-identifying scope and consult the team. Send FASTQ or other authorised data only by an agreed secure route. Cryopreserved tissue, biofluids, medical devices and compounds require written receiving-facility acceptance, biosafety and carrier-approved transport instructions before dispatch.
Research-grade scope and clear reporting boundaries.
Methods, platforms, specialist instruments and services listed are feasibility topics, not guaranteed capacity or a claim of clinical, diagnostic, GLP, NABL, ISO or regulatory accreditation. Cell-line work at Manna Biotech depends on the method, materials, expertise and instrument. Eligible animal studies may be coordinated at an external facility under an MoU only after study-specific capability and applicable IAEC/CCSEA and other permissions are verified. Do not send patient identifiers or samples without written instructions.
Sample suitability, the executing facility, method availability, biosafety, acceptance criteria and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not guarantee a particular result, publication, regulatory approval or commercial outcome.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I enquire about scRNA-seq, snRNA-seq or spatial transcriptomics?
+
Yes. These are feasibility enquiries, not confirmed platform availability. Share the tissue type, research objective, proposed collection and analysis requirements without identifiers. The team must verify specialist expertise, instrument access, processing and the receiving facility before accepting a project.
How should fresh or cryopreserved tissues be shipped?
+
Do not send tissue until the receiving laboratory has accepted it in writing. Collection, preservation, timing, packaging, permits and carrier rules depend on the specimen, assay and facility. Obtain project-specific instructions and required institutional consent and biosafety approvals first.
Can medical devices or dental scaffolds be considered for ISO 10993 testing?
+
You may request a feasibility review. The device, extraction approach, endpoints, current relevant ISO standards, laboratory accreditation and intended regulatory use require separate confirmation. A research-use discussion is not a certified biocompatibility or regulatory report.
Can you assess OECD genotoxicity and animal studies?
+
Ames, comet, OECD 474/475 and other methods can be discussed. Capability, applicable guideline, laboratory status and intended use must be verified for each project. Eligible animal studies may be coordinated at an external facility under an MoU only after its capability and applicable ethical and regulatory approvals are confirmed.
Are ADME, PK/PD and bioavailability studies available?
+
Provide a non-confidential compound and research question for assessment. Cell models, analytical platforms, animal-study site, data outputs and any regulatory requirements must be verified. No assay, model, turnaround or outcome is guaranteed.
Can I request zebrafish or C. elegans models?
+
You can discuss the proposed model, endpoints and intended use. Species, life stage, facility capability, approvals and relevant guideline applicability must be checked before a scope is accepted.
Can harvested animal tissues be used for multi-omics?
+
A proposed tissue-to-omics workflow requires coordination between the approved animal-study facility and a separately verified receiving and analytical laboratory. Permissions, collection, preservation, quality and data transfer must be agreed before any material is sent.
Are these clinical diagnostics or guaranteed academic outcomes?
+
No. This page describes research feasibility, not clinical diagnosis or patient care. Scholars and supervisors retain academic ownership and authorship; we do not fabricate data, sell authorship or ghostwrite. Publication, admission, patent grant and regulatory acceptance are not guaranteed.
